Pardon The Expression

I'll say this for Stormont's proposed "Office of Identity and Cultural Expression", no one could accuse whoever named it of privileging the English language.

    It scares the life out of me, any government getting to run "Identity and Cultural Expression", never mind a coalition between Sinn Fein and the DUP.
