Everywoman?

It is bad enough that women MPs were sent 25,000 abusive messages on Twitter in the first six months of this year. But half of those were sent to one individual, Diane Abbott. Yet we are all supposed to think that Jess Phillips is just marvellous. Serious anti-racist campaigners, and indeed serious feminists, would simply refuse to take the whip with Phillips, or to sit on any kind of committee with her, and so on.
