At the European Elections before last, poor old Auntie had relentlessly plugged them and was left utterly baffled by their failure to win even one seat.
Whereas last time, she was still classifying UKIP as "Others" even when it had beaten the Lib Dems.
Here's hoping that the BNP will be this time's Pro-Euro Conservatives.
And here's hoping that, even without the newspaper support that UKIP enjoyed and enjoys, No2EU - Yes To Democracy will be to this election as UKIP, now a major party where Strasbourg elections are concerned, was to the last one.
