When Will The Party Be Over?

James Purnell will be making a nuisance of himself again this week.

You'd never believe it, but time was when Labour used to expel parties within the party.

    This post and the Davis/Tebbit one are part of the same feature of present politics. The Blairites would have lost the whip not long ago. Like probably Davis and definitely Tebbit. But the parties are now so desperate not to lose any more people that they have got to put up with anything.
