Including that the Obama Administration should deal only with the EU and not with the member-states, and that there should be a unified EU defence “capability” under overall American command, though led by the Germans (or possibly, now that Sarkozy is in, the French).
If these are not Cameron’s views, then what are Ken Clarke and David Hunt doing on his front benches, why have the Tories not left the EPP, and why is Michael Heseltine hovering about?
