Is this poor woman in a coma in Italy dead? No. No one at all suggests that she is. If she were, then she could not be in a coma.
Well, then, her life has not ended. So she needs and deserves food and water.
You have no right to judge the “quality” of my life. I have no right to judge the “quality” of your life. And neither of us has the right to judge the “quality” of her life.
Wherever there is a human life, then it is by definition worth living, because it is a human life.
And here is a human life.

We live in a fallen world. One mustn't deny the inevitability of death.
When it happens.
It has not happened in this case.
I think you'll find it has.
Of course it hasn't, otherwise she couldn't be in a coma. You can't be in a coma if you're dead.
