The other half of America's only special relationship, Israel, is unloading grain that Russia has stolen from Ukraine. The Indo-Israeli playground in the United Arab Emirates has withdrawn from OPEC, and God-fearing Sharjah is threatening to withdraw from the UAE.
Russia's Africa Corps has defeated the French attempt to use Al-Qaeda and the so-called Islamic State to take back control of Mali and to break up its emerging union with Burkina Faso and Niger.
