A Higher Moral Account

A Westminster Hall debate on Personal Independence Payment and disabled people will be held next Wednesday afternoon, led by Diane Abbott. What happened when the Conservative Party's biggest donor, Frank Hester, called for her to be shot, and said that, "You just want to hate all black women because she's there"? His remarks were described as "trivia", and the reaction to them as "pure media bubble speculation", by a Cabinet Minister at the time, Kemi Badenoch. I have been around them all my life. If you know, you know.

What happened when the late Dr Lionel Kopelowitz told the Board of Deputies of British Jews that Jeremy Corbyn should be sacrificed, to be nothing more than gently reminded, amidst laughter, that the proceedings were being livestreamed? By then, Darren Osborne had already travelled from Cardiff to London with a view to murdering Corbyn, but had contented himself with attacking Finsbury Park Mosque, killing Makram Ali and injuring several other people. Have Darren Osborne and Sharon Osbourne ever been seen together?

It is not Kneecap, but Rupert Lowe, who is campaigning to ban kosher meat, since there is no way of banning halal meat without doing so. The former BBC manager Neil Masterson was wearing an IDF T-shirt when he attacked the then George Galloway MP, who therefore understands these dangers better than almost anyone, and who is scornful of the concentration on Kneecap instead of on the genocide of Gaza, as well as no doubt enjoying as much as I was that our trade union, Unite, had tentatively begun to articulate the "industrial strategy and future jobs" doubts about Net Zero; onwards to next year's election for General Secretary. And Kneecap recently played a sold out Belfast gig with the decidedly non-sold-out Young Spencer, Son of Ulster. Think on.

  1. Have Darren Osborne and Sharon Osbourne ever been seen together? I laughed like mad at that.
