Under Keir Starmer, the Crown Prosecution Service withheld from the Criminal Cases Review Commission the evidence that would have freed Andrew Malkinson 13 years before his conviction was quashed. There is no doubt about that. It is a matter of record.
Why, then, has Starmer not been arrested? Does someone have to call the Police? If so, then Mr Malkinson should do it. Or if he did not fancy it, then plenty of other names would also spring to mind. But failing any of those, then I would be willing to do the honours.
In writing. That is a smoking gun.
ReplyDeleteThis was a reply to, "They said they didn't want the cost, they actually said that." That is still in my own record of published comments. But it is no longer here. How odd.
