Never Mind The Polaks

After the recent failure to prosecute Stella Rimington for her second offence, most of us had assumed that the Official Secrets Act had become a dead letter. That will be incontrovertible if there is no prosecution of Priti Patel. Moreover, since she had been trying to arrange funding for a hospital that in fact treated IS fighters in order to send them back into the field against Netanyahu's enemy, Assad, she ought also to be prosecuted under anti-terrorism legislation. As, of course, should the Jo Cox Foundation, for its funding of the White Helmets.

All in all, while these are bright days for the good, old-fashioned journalism of James Landale and Sam Coates, these are dark days both for the Conservative Party and for the Labour Right. This week, international finance and the Israeli Government have been declared toxic in British politics. In which case, the Conservative Party and the Labour Right are out of the game. Meaning that the game is over, and the Labour Left has won.

Indeed, it has won on both fronts, since no one would now join a Far Left party when Jeremy Corbyn's Labour was there, and since both the Communist Party and the principal Trotksyist formation did not contest this year's General Election in any constituency, instead advocating a Labour vote across the board. Amid talk of a two out-one in arrangement in relation to the House of Lords, the two out ought to be Lord Polak, who is one of the most undistinguished people ever to have been given a peerage, and his counterpart from the Blair years, Lord Levy, while the one in ought to be Professor Moshé Machover.

Meanwhile, Lebanon is very special place. Tony Blair's failure to condemn the Israeli bombardment of Lebanon hastened his departure from office, and Theresa May's failure to condemn the Saudi war on Lebanon that has already begun, including by halting all British arms sales to Saudi Arabia, ought to hasten even what is already her rapidly accelerating descent.

May also originated the Prevent strategy, if "strategy" be the word. As that falls apart today, I for one intend to sue whoever decides these things if I am not classified as an extremist by this Government, if "Government" be the word. As should you. We should all do that. Not exclusively, but especially, if there is no action under Prevent against Priti Patel and Lord Polak.

  1. You remain the most dangerous man in the UK given that they will not prosecute PiPiri but they are still after you.
It is because you know too much of their inner workings
