Regional Revivals?

England would be more dominant than ever within the United Kingdom, and London would be more dominant than ever within England.

A positive vote by Scotland to remain within the United Kingdom, as mercifully everyone now expects to happen, ought to be the signal for greatly expanded coverage and articulation of the whole United Kingdom to the whole United Kingdom.
