What, exactly, are these "extremist organisations short of terrorism" that Theresa May intends to "ban"?
Identified by whom, by what means, and on what criteria?
"Banned" by what means, and subject to what penalties?
If they engage in, or advocate, law-breaking, then they are already subject to the Criminal Law.
If they do not, then ask not for whom the bell tolls.
You should be in Parliament.
