Not A Happy One

It has been a month since Elizabeth Butler-Sloss stood down. Might there be any sign of a replacement? Of course, Nouri al-Maliki is now available.

As for the latest, on which I shall not be putting up comments, it will never come to court. The Police have guaranteed that by their circus.

That has happened before. The flagrant sale of peerages by Tony Blair led to no charges because the Keystone Cops had been obsessed with being on the telly.

And there was actual evidence in that case. Any amount of it, in fact.
