So, what does the "Supreme Court" propose? That it levy its own taxes? Or is it better not to suggest that sort of thing, in case the wrong person reads it and it happens?
Imagine if Attlee had had to contend with a "Supreme Court", instead of with the High Court of Parliament. Well, there you are, then.

"High Court of Parliament" - how many times have you come out with that phrase in the past few days. You sound like some fixated saddo or a broken down record.
