Like rulings of the ECJ and the ECHR, rulings of the "Supreme Court" should have no effect unless and until ratified by a resolution of the House of Commons, itself elected by a system more representative of public opinion, with the public involved decisively in selecting party candidates.
But was each and every one of these "rapists" and "paedophiles" convicted unanimously? If not, then, since inappropriate persons are already barred from jury service, they were not convicted beyond reasonable doubt.
