Look it up.

The 11am weekday slot on Radio Four is frequently a delight, and this morning's first in a three-part series on Byzantium certainly was.

Furthermore, it set me thinking.

What if there were a party which encouraged action upon the unique global mission and ministry accorded by Divine Providence to the British monarch within each and among all of the constituent parts of the United Kingdom, within each and among all of the Commonwealth Realms, within each and among all of the Territories dependent on or in free association with any of those Realms, within each and among all of the Crown Dependencies, as Paramount Chief of the Great Council of Chiefs of Fiji, as Head of the Commonwealth, and elsewhere?

What if that party recognised, defended and promoteed that mission and ministry within Christendom as comparable to that exercised in the past by such figures as the Holy Roman Emperor, the Byzantine Emperor, and the Tsar of All The Russias?

Well, now there is just such a party.
