Jersey Boys

I now have two tutees from Jersey. They pay full overseas fees. They wouldn't if they were, say, Slovakian.

Now, there might very well be a case for not charging a Slovakian that much, either. But these are British Citizens from a Crown Dependency. I used to share a house with a Manx in the same position. It is completely outrageous.

What if there were a party which really cared about the Crown Dependencies, as well as about the British Overseas Territories, the Commonwealth Realms, and indeed the Commonwealth in general?
