John Bolton has no reason not to want Biden as President. So-called "moderate" and "centrist" Democrats, including Biden himself over the last 50 years, have supported every bad thing that Republican Presidents have done to the world, and the Clinton and Obama Administrations have ranked with any.
Donald Trump's record of warmongering is not unblemished. But he has been better than his predecessors going back a very long way, he is better than Hillary Clinton would have been, and he is better than Biden would be.
By the way, gerontocracy is nothing new to some of us. I am older than the Chancellor of the Exchequer, but this ward has had the same councillor for as long as I have been old enough to vote. Believe in his retirement when you see it at all, never mind ostensibly in favour of Laura Pidcock.
