Taking The Pulse

Dominic Raab used to be Chief of Staff to David Davis. But at the last General Election, he did not know what the National Debt was. Theresa May is now having to give jobs to anything with a pulse.

Meanwhile, we are to have a visitor at the end of the week. Oh, well, it is the Durham Miners' Gala on Saturday. Donald who?

Seriously, by all means protest against Donald Trump. But only if you would also have protested against Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton, and only if, given the opportunity, you did.

As, for example, Jeremy Corbyn did. To the 200,000 or more attendees at the Durham Miners' Gala, if England were in the World Cup Final the following day, then Corbyn needs to announce from that platform that he would be going straight from there to Moscow.

By the time that he got back, a week to the day after this of all days, then he might almost become Prime Minister on the spot.
