I love this country. Nowhere else would a month of diplomatic conflict turn really nasty for the Government because two guinea pigs and a cat had died. At least there wasn't a dog. Or a horse. Good God, imagine if they had killed a horse.
Why fear a war with Russia, when even its nerve agents are this weak? Its nuclear weapons are presumably comparable to our hand grenades.
But remember, the Skripals survived, and were thus able to be given the previously nonexistent antidotes, because the Novichok had only got onto their skin. Even though it was identified from samples of their blood.
Who believes this rubbish? Who? Does anyone? The "Establishment" commentators, whom we should henceforth simply name as spooks rather bother than euphemisms, do not themselves believe a word of it.
Meanwhile, there are those of us who have been saying from the start that this was all transparently false from start to finish. Even Jeremy Corbyn did not go that far. But we were right.
