There Goes The Neighbourhood

Today's proposed changes to planning law should be seized upon as conclusive proof that the Conservative Party, as such, neither knows nor cares in the slightest about rural communities, and sees the countryside as the same playground into which its urban enclosure and clearance measures are designed to turn the cities.
