Transitional Coordination

No doubt Maria Kolesnikova has been abducted by the agents of Alexander Lukashenko. But so what that she sits on the seven-member "Presidium" (an old Soviet word) of what is variously called the "Transitional Council" and the "Coordination Council"?

That "Council" is nothing more than a body of 600 people nominally appointed by Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, the lightweight failed candidate to become a NATO and EU puppet President of Belarus. The composition of the "Presidium" indicates where real power would lie if this "Council" were able to give effect to its obvious affectation to be the real sovereign body.

I have lost far more elections than Tsikhanouskaya will ever contest. Therefore, I am thinking of naming a Transitional Coordination Council of around 600 people, perhaps one from each of the 650 parliamentary constituencies, with a seven-member Presidium.

I would then appeal for those to be recognised as this country's legitimate Legislature and Executive respectively. If nothing else, then such recognition might be forthcoming from President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus. Why ever not?
