As part of Mark Howell's action for breach of contract against the General Secretary of the Labour Party, David Evans, and his predecessor, Lord (Iain) McNicol, we now know that the party has suspended from membership Emilie Oldknow, Patrick Heneghan, and persons as yet unknown.
This all arises out of the infamous Labour Report, with its revelation that the staff had wanted to burn Jeremy Corbyn and so forth. Therefore, dare we hope that the other suspendees include the then London Regional Director who deployed the Angry Black Woman trope against Diane Abbott?
If he would like that whole matter to be explored in open court, then he is going the right way about it, and nothing would give me greater pleasure.
