The "Taliban", who have no existence apart from the Pashtun generally and no ambitions beyond that people's historic territory, may indeed have beheaded a 10-year-old boy.
But we are preparing to intervene in Syria, if we have not already done so, in support of those who compel boys of that age and younger to perform beheadings.
There is also the matter of what our purported Afghan allies do to young Afghan boys. The sexual abuse of children likely occurs with much more frequency than these horrible executions. The fact that there are no decent factions in this conflict is just more evidence that we should leave.
