"Cameron Will Let You Sack Your MP"

What, by putting out each Constituency Association's shortlist of two to a binding ballot of that whole constituency's electorate as a whole?

By standing for each seat a person capable of being that constituency's MP?

By spending exactly the same amount in each constituency?

No, I didn't think so.

Anyone who successfully obtains a recall election should be made to pay for it. And not only have we talk of recall elections, but the BBC News Channel is touring "marginal constituencies" (a bit like "industrial action", that one) holding "town hall meetings". Known to the rest of us as "hustings". What, exactly, does that first B stand for, Auntie?

  1. hi,

Could you please tell me how to start the process to get rid of a corrupt MP? I don't want to disclose my identity so would be grateful if you could reply here. Thanks.

  2. Stand for Parliament. Full details ought to be on the Electoral Commission website.
