Save General Election Night

Anything could be done to the ballot boxes in all those hours.

And anyway, it's a national institution.

  1. I like the idea of some Afghans and Iranians overseeing the Process.
    For several years "next" day counting in Norn Iron has been the norm.
    The boxes being in secure locations overnight. I dont think polling officers would tolerate anything "iffy".
    I mean that unpleasantness where some Sinn Féin votes were found in the handbag of a Unionist politician in Fermanagh South Tyrone was probably an accident.
    For a start it was very amateurish.
