Cut It Out
Another post on Scouting. Honestly, it is about half my lifetime since I was in any way involved. But anyway, it used to be normal for boys to carry knives, in an age when there was almost unimaginably less violent crime than there is now. Like the anti-gun lot in America, this is attacking the wrong target.

Reminds me of the time when the British Army tried to arrest people for carrying hurling sticks. ..........during a match.
ReplyDeletePersonally Id wonder why every sports store sells baseball bats but Ive never actually seen anyone play baseball.
I'm told it's spreading in the South of England, so it should hit the rest of us soon. Mind you, all sorts of things never do.
