Spinked

Bob Spink's decision to become UKIP's first MP was, paradoxically, a key event in that party's implosion. Almost immediately, he voted with the Government and against UKIP policy on 42-day detention without charge (not trial, charge). And yesterday he gave so pro-Government a speech on the Speaker business that his old Cornerstone allies around him were shouting to him to go and take his seat on the benches opposite.

2 comments:

  1. They didn't just shout at him, they physically grabbed him.

  2. And who can blame them?

Why does he still sit there, anyway? Why doesn't he sit with the minor parties?

And what would have been done to him if the Government had won by one vote?

Bob Spink for the daft committee set up last night, say I.
