Oliver Kamm Arrest Watch: Day 15

There is more evidence to arrest Oliver Kamm than there was to convict me, and he clams up over on Guido Fawkes when asked whether or not he has been arrested. So, has Oliver Kamm been arrested? If not, why not?

Kamm faked a death threat against himself, and he used a contact at Durham, who ought also to be arrested and who may in fact have been so, to try and pin it on me. That incident is so similar to the one of which I was convicted as to call into question my conviction. A daily update will appear here until further notice.

Oliver Kamm, you are a liar, and as such you are unfit to hold your position on The Times.

Your bizarre CapX article, as well as numerous other statements of yours since then, have had nothing to do with the substance of my previous court case, in relation to which I maintain my innocence. So they have not already been tested in court. And they are lies.

You made up the "anti-Semitic death threat" against yourself, in a language that I could not read, and even though you are not Jewish. I was present when the Police literally laughed it out.

Like me, the Police know how you did it; they know who in Durham you used, and so do I. Eventually, you will either do time for this, or it will see you sent to a psychiatric institution, possibly both.

You are a stalker with an acknowledged history of mental illness, and I can see less and less reason why I ought not to move to have you committed. Or sent to prison. By the criteria that were used to convict me, then that would be an open and shut case.

Next time that you try and frame someone, then do not use a language, and even a script, that your target cannot read. The Police tend to laugh out that kind of thing.

Leading Light

The air is thick with talk of Leadership challenges. But 40 or so Labour MPs are not going to nominate any specific alternative Leader. And the Conservatives are ahead in the polls, which is the only thing that bothers them. People who think that ideology or even specific policy ought to come before that are not quite Tories at all. 

Right now, the Government is fighting to be free of the EU's State Aid rules, a struggle that makes sense only if Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak intended to use that freedom here along the Red Wall on which they are electorally dependent. It is the Opposition, which is glad to be rid of us, that still wants to be constrained by those rules. Think on.

By Convention

Tulsi Gabbard was not even invited to participate in the Democratic National Convention. Who was the last candidate to have won delegates but to have been treated like that? By my reckoning, it was Lyndon LaRouche. Is that who Gabbard now is to the Democratic National Committee? Lyndon LaRouche? 

LaRouche's delegates were never seated, because the DNC held that, as a convicted felon resident in Virginia, he was ineligible to vote, and thus to be the nominee. But neither the Constitution, nor federal electoral law, requires that the President be a registered voter, just as there is no requirement to live in the United Kingdom in order to stand for Parliament. 

In any case, Gabbard is not a convicted felon resident in Virginia. And she had won two delegates. If numerous lifelong Republicans, most or all of whom had retained that registration, could be given spots on Convention platform, then so should she have been.

A Heartbeat Away?

Joe Biden needs to watch his back. The people who want President Harris want her as soon as possible. And at Biden's age, anything could be dressed up as natural causes, while any questioning could be written off as "nutters on the Internet".

Your reward for having stayed awake through the soul-destroyingly boring Democratic National Convention is to be the Republican National Convention, when the circus will be coming to town.
