Plot Twist

In 2010, Liz Twist failed to be selected as the Labour candidate for North West Durham.

Yet now, a seat containing that abolished constituency's largest town has been invented for her, at the insistence of the local Labour Party.

Some things, you could not make up.

    1. No, she shouldn't. But she does. Such fun.

  2. How has Labour invented it for her? She was selected for Blaydon and won there twice - it’s not her fault that her constituency boundary changes to remove Whickham and replace it with Consett and a number of Derwentside villages.
