It may be that Alba's two MPs have not named the conspirators against Alex Salmond under parliamentary privilege because there is an active Police investigation into at least one of them, the one who claimed to have been raped by him on a date when she was provably not there, and who then organised a WhatsApp group for everyone to get their stories straight. If she is not being investigated, then why not? How much longer will it be before she is charged?
The judge in that case was Lady Dorian, whom Nicola Sturgeon then commissioned to report on juryless trials in rape cases. Sturgeon may suddenly be less keen on male inmates in women's prisons, but riddle me this. It is illegal in Scotland, as it is in England, to ask a former juror anything about the trial in which he or she participated. How, then, can Lady Dorian or anyone else know that Scottish, or English, jurors are influenced by rape myths?
That last question is brilliant.
