Lost

The Russian Civil War must already be on, and Vladimir Putin must be on the cusp of his inevitable defeat.

You see, no outcome can ever mean anything other than the predetermined conclusion.

Neoconservatism is fascinating. It is a thing of hideous beauty.

  1. He's shown weakness and, as with any mafia godfather, weakness is fatal. Especially in Russia. The Wagner Group and its leader has staged a mutiny, seized a city and walked free from prosecution.

"Weak, weak, weak" in Blair's famously wounding words about John Major (from which he never recovered either).

    1. Their mutiny failed. They are mercenaries, so he has probably just paid them more than whoever else had paid them to stage it. In Belarus, Prigozhin is at once closer to Kiev than ever, and within Putin's easier reach than he ever was in Ukraine.

  2. No they ended the mutiny without a shot being fired after he backed down and agreed not to punish a single perpetrator for what he himself called "treason"-an absolutely fatal sign of weakness. Weakness is bad even in leaders of free democracies (ask John Major) but it's absolutely fatal to a despot like Putin.

    1. He has paid them off. That is all that you need to do with mercenaries.

  3. Belarus 🇧🇾 have now Wagner Group on its territory. Belarus has nuclear weapons. Wagner Group have gotten rid of the Russian General they hated the most. Wagner Group want to use tactical nuclear weapons on Ukraine.

    1. And that may be true. But no one knows. We shall, of course. But we don't yet.
