On the day that the Trump Administration formally adopted neoconservative foreign policy, or even the original kind of Scoop Jackson Democratic foreign policy from the Cold War, Donald Trump himself professed to be "pro-life". His version of that term is what gives it a bad name. In any case, he intends to do absolutely nothing about even that. They never do.
