Domine Dirige Nos

And He has.

Congratulations to the Reverend Dr William Campbell-Taylor, who has just been elected as the first ever Labour member of the Court of Common Council of the City of London.

That is what the City thinks of the Budget.

A Blue Labour stalwart, might he be at the Third Blue Labour Midlands Seminar, which has always been a national event, on Saturday 5th July at the University of Nottingham?

Also going strong is the People's Assembly. The Second North East People's Assembly will be held at the Northern Stage on Saturday 1st November. (Don't worry, I shall also get an All Saints Day Mass in.)

The design of the restored Lanchester banner unites those two as perfectly as does the Durham Miners' Gala itself. That banner will be marched and blessed at this year's Gala, which is on Saturday 12th July.

Save the dates.

See you there.
