Margin of Error

The voters have it well within our grasp, both to deprive Boris Johnson of an overall majority (and possibly even of his own seat), and to deprive Laura Pidcock of a second term.

The Labour Leadership Election started yesterday, when my old friend Jonathan Ashworth, who has never had an accident in his political life, used a "leak" to declare himself the candidate of the Right. Take that, Keir Starmer. You snooze, you lose.

There is no nice way of putting this. Jonathan would wipe the floor with Laura. But there needs to be a proper contest, at least. And to make sure of that, then Laura Pidcock needs to be ineligible to be the candidate of the Left, simply by no longer being a Member of Parliament.

Vote for me.
