Rebel Rabble?

The rebellion of a mere 21 per cent of Labour MPs, only one in five, is a significant vindication of Jeremy Corbyn when one considers how many of them campaigned for Remain, and how many of those despise him.

But 22 per cent of Lib Dem MPs abstained, even though they were all on the same side in the referendum campaign.

There will be fun and games when this Bill reaches the House of Lords, where there are 102 Lib Dems, and they think that they own the party.

  1. As you once taught me, always reverse the statistic. Four out of five Labour MPs voted with Corbyn.
