As the Lib Dems gather in Gateshead and dear old Lembit helpfully brings out a book calling on Nick Clegg to stand aside, the only party not having a Leadership crisis is the one that the Blairite media constantly insist is having one.

As if saying it often enough or loudly enough somehow made it true. And as if that made the positions of the two Coalition Leaders somehow less precarious.
