Down and Out in Paris and London?

In the midst of coverage of the tenth anniversary of the devastation of Libya, yesterday saw the reemergence of the two main culprits.

Nicolas Sarkozy was sentenced for something that recalled the eventual conviction of Al Capone for evading the tax on his ill-gotten gains.

But the appearance of David Cameron from wherever it is that they keep him elicited no such response. Tony Blair is rightly reviled. But Cameron is not. Why not?
