23 Per Cent Proof

Durham County Council wanted to cut the Teaching Assistants' pay by 23 per cent.
 
And 23 per cent of that Council's Labour members have just lost their seats.
 
I'll drink to that.

    You've been far more loyal to the TAs than they've been to you. It's their fault you're not a County Councillor, they didn't make the effort for you, but you'll still never blame them. The perfect manners are no act in your case. They certainly stood out this afternoon, like your beautiful outfit.
