    I think this is why they are getting rid of Corbyn.

    They want to replace him with a strongly pro-EU candidate.

    Same reason the Tories got rid of Thatcher when she turned against the EU.

      They are not getting rid of Corbyn. One by one, they resign. But he stays put.
