Peter Hebblethwaite's testimony was presumably covered by parliamentary privilege, but anyone who had the necessary powers and who went looking would now easily find the evidence that P&O had deliberately broken the law. Does someone have to make a formal complaint to the Police? If so, then over to the unions.

Not long ago the Official Opposition would have done this.
ReplyDeleteBut without the backing of most of its MPs. Labour's attitude to this story is pure opportunism, with no practical proposals.
