What makes these Republican Senators think that anyone in Iran is going to read their funny little letter?

    I've no idea why they are doing it. Almost all of American Jewry votes Democrat.

    There's just no reason for the Republicans to be so craven to a lobby that largely backs the other side.

    What is wrong with these Senators? Over 80% of American Jews vote Democrat-they're the most liberal votes in America on divorce, abortion, you name it.

    The Republicans have no constituency to please here.

    Bring back the days of James Baker telling Israel to call back when it had something constructive to say/
