The Lady's Knights

Not news to some of us.

But how there is very much other news at all while the papers finally print what they have always known, entirely defeats me. There are Conservative Clubs across the South, and in pockets elsewhere, where her picture still hangs as if nothing were remotely amiss.

Her revered father was also a notorious toucher-up of young girls. The mistresses at her school had terrible trouble, in that much more reticent age, trying to explain to the senior girls why they were not to take Saturday jobs in his shop.

Ponder these things.
