ScotRail Goes Dutch

I tried to tell you. Nowhere has two social democratic parties and nothing else.

The devolution of transport could not have happened if the railways had never been privatised.

Of things still in the public sector by then, the only ones that were devolved were tellingly already local, at least in their administration.

That the case for public ownership is also the case both for national sovereignty and for the Union has never been more strikingly apparent.

Labour now needs to make that case.
