Remember that one?
In the same category as those who insisted, and possibly still do insist, on saying "Community Charge", belong those who insist on saying "Spare Room Subsidy".
Look out for David Cameron's memoirs, which will be absurd enough without this quaintness of phrase, but which will be almost unspeakably so with it. The Prime Minister who never stopped saying "Community Charge" has already shown the way.
