Mr Brown Goes To Washington

There is no special relationship, and no American imagines that there is.

We have that sort of relationship with the countries with which we share a Head of State (over half of which are on the neocon annexation list, harking right back to the intentions of the Founding Fathers). Nowhere else. Nowhere.

If you don't believe me, then ask the Americans. Better still, just observe how they behave. And why shouldn't they? But it's very high time that we returned the compliment.
