Joe Biden is complicit in war crimes.
That, and not anything #MeToo-related, is why he is unfit to become the President of the United States.
Biden's manner is a bit weird. But at most, for the present purpose, "inappropriate touching" is of secondary importance.
Unless, that is, sniffing the hair of a white woman is worse than blowing the head off a brown woman?
