Tel Aviv Calling

Iran should be invited to participate in next year's Eurovision Song Contest.

That ought to be held in the natural and logical capital of Israel, which is large, modern and coastal Tel Aviv, with its major international airport, and with the additional advantage that neither half of it is a Palestinian city.

This natural and logical status is recognised by the presence in Tel Aviv of most of the foreign embassies to the State of Israel. Anywhere that maintains its embassy in a different city from almost everywhere else's obviously has no desire to be listened to. Nor will it be.
