There is no "gender pay gap" at the BBC. There is overpayment, regardless of sex.

No, there is the correct payment for popular and talented presenters who have to be paid well otherwise they could command bigger salaries by moving to private broadcasters.
ReplyDeleteThe market sets the rate of pay for top talent and any company that doesn’t offer it will lose it’s top talent to another that will.
Do you not get how a free labour market works?
