They are killing Somalians, Eritreans, Nigerians, Bangladeshis, Sudanese, Chadians, Cameroonians and Ivorians, simply as such. Is that why we are bombing them, even though they are our "allies"?
Not at all.
We are bombing our "allies" because we are there to kill Arabs in general and Libyans in particular, and we could not care less which Arabs in general or Libyans in particular they were.
It is like Tony Blair never went away. But then, such is his influence over this Government that he never really has gone away. When will we make him?
